I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the “Motion for Disbursement of Proceeds of Exempt Property Currently Held by Chapter 7 Trustee” (the “Motion for Disbursement”) filed by the United States of America, Internal Revenue Service (the “IRS”) and the oppositions thereto filed by the Chapter 7 trustee, Joseph H. Baldiga (the “Trustee”), and the debtors, Patrick and Elizabeth Hannon (the “Debtors”).
