INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Janet Elliot-Leach brings nine claims against her former employer, the New York City Department of Education (“DOE”), and her former supervisor, Michelle Herbowy.1 Plaintiff alleges discrimination and retaliation based on: race, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VIP); age, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq, (“ADEA”); and disability, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (“ADA”).
