Brenda House (“plaintiff’) appeals the trial court’s order denying attorney’s fees. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm the trial court’s order.

The facts tend to show the following: On 15 July 1996, plaintiff was involved in an automobile accident. Plaintiff’s minor daughter, LaShay House (“House”), suffered personal injuries as a result of the accident.
