The Court has jurisdiction to hear this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334 and the Order of Reference of the District Court. The Court has the authority to enter a final order pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(h). No party requested a jury trial. No party objected to the Court’s jurisdiction. The Court has previously ruled on some issues in this suit in three summary judgment orders dated June 4, June 28, and August 9 of 2013. Those orders are incorporated by reference into this order.
