SULLIVAN, Judge:
On February 28 and March 1, 1991, appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Travis Air Force Base, California. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of disobeying a lawful order to provide a specimen for a blood alcohol test, driving under the influence of alcohol, and being drunk and disorderly in violation of Articles 90, 111, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 890, 911, and 934, respectively.
