INTRODUCTION

This is a civil action pursuant to G.L.c. 231C, §2, (the “Transfer Act”) in which transferee Seneca One, LLC1 (“Seneca”), and payee Heath LeBlanc (“LeBlanc”) have petitioned the Court to authorize and approve a transfer of certain structured settlement rights from LeBlanc to Seneca equaling $59,730.00. In exchange for transferring these future payments to Seneca, LeBlanc would receive a single lump-sum cash payment of $9,478.67.
