Following trial in this patent infringement action, the parties have both filed post-trial motions for partial judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50(b). In the alternative, plaintiff seeks a new trial. Defendant additionally seeks a partial amendment of the judgment, as well as attorneys’ fees and costs.
