Plaintiff and defendant are foreign corporations, the former organized under the laws of the State of Maine and the latter under the laws of the State of New Jersey. The plaintiff is engaged in the business of developing and marketing real estate for building purposes. During the month of April, 1925, the defendant, by deed containing full covenants of warranty, sold the plaintiff a tract of land located in the town of Halfmoon in the county of Saratoga.
