Estes v. Idea Engineering & Fabricating, Inc

Plaintiffs Larry Estes and Janice Estes appeal as of right the order denying their motions for summary disposition and for leave to file an amended complaint and granting defendants’ motion for summary disposition on the basis of the statute of limitations. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand. Were we not bound by the decision in Baks v Moroun, 227 Mich App 472; 576 NW2d 413 (1998), we would additionally reverse the trial court’s grant of summary disposition on count II of plaintiffs’ complaint.
