I. INTRODUCTION

Au New Haven, LLC (“Au New Haven”) and Trelleborg Coated Systems US, Inc. (“Trelleborg” and, collectively, “Plaintiffs”), filed this action against YKK Corporation (‘YKK”) and several of its foreign affiliates (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging patent infringement and breach of a patent licensing agreement.
