Plaintiff Bobcar Media, LLC ("Bobcar") initiated this action on February 4, 2016, against Defendant Aardvark Event Logistics, Inc. ("Aardvark"). (Dkt. No. 1.) In the operative Second Amended Complaint, filed April 20, 2016, Bobcar alleges patent infringement under 35 U.S.C. § 271, trademark infringement and unfair competition under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), and unfair competition under New York law.
