Introduction

Brandon McKinney (Appellant) appeals from the trial court’s judgment and sentence entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of second-degree domestic assault. We affirm.

Factual and Procedural Background

Viewed in the light most favorable to the jury’s verdict, the evidence adduced at trial is as follows. Victim and Appellant, a two-time felon, dated from March until sometime in June of 2009.
