Rahman Whitaker (“Defendant”) appeals from the judgment of the trial court entered after a jury convicted him of domestic assault in the second degree, forcible sodomy, and armed criminal action. Finding no error, we affirm.
Defendant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence. Viewed in the light most favorable to the judgment, the facts are as follows. Defendant and A.V. were involved in a romantic relationship and lived together in A.V.’s apartment for approximately six years.
