After pleas of guilty by the defendant, Gregory Stephens, in four interrelated cases charging the offenses of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, the circuit court of Peoria County sentenced the defendant to concurrent terms of 4M years of imprisonment and this appeal ensued.

The sole issue presented is whether the sentences imposed were excessive due to the trial court’s failure to properly consider all relevant factors of mitigation.

The factual basis presented by the State pertaining to the offenses was that the defendant made four deliveries of cocaine for a total sum of $1560.…
