This is the second 'appeal in this case to this court hy the Missouri Pacific Railway Company from the circuit court of St. Clair county. The judgment from which this appeal is taken is for the sum of $1,370 and for costs of suit. A full and comprehensive statement of the case as it appeared in this court on the first appeal will be found in the decision of this court in the case in 143 Ill. App. 289. After the cause was reversed and remanded to the circuit court the issues remained the same except that plaintiff, by leave of court, filed an additional replication to the defendant’s second…
