This is an original proceeding in discipline filed by the office of the Disciplinary Administrator against the respondent, Henry O. Boaten. The respondent takes no exception to the hearing panel report. The formal complaint alleged violations of Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct (KRPC) 1.1 (lack of competence) (2000 Kan. Ct. R.
