Defendant was convicted of the larceny of a.Hupmobile sedan, of the alleged value of $2,500, and was sentenced to the penitentiary.
The first bill of exceptions, presented by the appeal herein, is one taken to the ruling of the court, sustaining an objection, urged by the prosecution, to a statement made by counsel for defendant in his argument to the jury, and to the instruction of the court to the jury in connection with the remark, given at the time the objection was sustained.
