Mrs. Mattie A. Moore and her husband brought suit in Twiggs superior court, against the Macon, Dublin <$fc Savannah Railroad Company, for injuries alleged to have been received by Mrs. Moore on a passenger-coach of the defendant' ■company; these injuries being caused by the train starting, after ■she had boarded the same and before she had an opportunity to he seated, with sudden and violent jerks and jolts, which threw her against the seat of the car, causing permanent injury to her person.
