This appeal is taken from an oil and gas case involving an application of the Mineral Interest Pooling Act (Tex.Nat.Res.Code Ann. Ch. 102 (Vernon 1978)) (“MIPA”). Lamon L. Bennett, Jr. and Hazel Bennett Hill, appellants, own a royalty interest in tracts of land located within a gas field designated by the Texas Railroad Commission as the “Limes” field.
