Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered August 1, 2002, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of murder in the second degree.
On defendant’s motion, County Court held a Huntley hearing and, in a detailed written decision, denied his motion to suppress his September 20, 2001 statements to police.
