Appellant was charged with murder in the first degree. Trial resulted in a verdict of guilty of manslaughter. From the sentence therefor appellant has prosecuted this appeal.
He first claims that the judgment and sentence should be reversed, for the reason that the information did not state facts sufficient to constitute an offense. He fails to point out wherein it is insufficient, or to cite any authorities upon the subject. The information is in substantially the same form as those in common use, and such form has been approved by this court.…
