This appeal comes to us from the Chancery Court of Van Burén County. The appellant, Gordon Dale Bradford, appeals from an amended divorce decree entered by the court on February 18, 1993. For reversal, appellant contends that the trial court erred in making an unequal division of marital property and in awarding appellee alimony. In addition, appellant maintains that the Honorable David L. Reynolds, a circuit judge, was without legislative authority to hear this case in chancery court. We affirm.
