Reversing.
The appellant, F. Z. Shelton, was convicted of the crime of forgery, and his punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of three years. In the indictment he is charged with committing the forgery hy signing the name of S. B. Shelton, his father, and 0. L. Shelton and Gr. C. Shelton, his brothers, to a note •dated March 29, 1926, for $1,000, payable to Frank Phipps.
