Riley, Judge:

In the Circuit Court of Boone County, the defendants, William Arlie Hayes and Earl Dennis Chapman, each nineteen years of age, and residing at Culloden in Cabell *202County, were jointly indicted, tried and convicted of grand larceny of a quantity of copper cable and ten railroad frog switches.
