— John P. English sued the Louisville & Nashville Railroad Company, a corporation, in the Circuit Court of Escambia County, for injuries to a motor-vehicle which was being operated at the time *213by an employe of the said English upon Gregory and Tarragona Streets in the City of Pensacola. The defendant pleaded the general issue and there was a trial by jury and a verdict for plaintiff for the sum of seven hundred, seventy-five dollars, “and old car,” with interest from date of suit.
