HOLLAND, Justice:

The petitioner-appellant, Jerome K. Hamilton, filed these appeals from the August 2, 2000 order of the Superior Court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus and the August 15, 2000 order of the Superior Court denying his petition for a writ of mandamus. We find no merit to the appeals. Accordingly, we affirm. 1
