Plaintiff contends that she is entitled to an award for 341 weeks at $33. The agreement executed between the parties on June 27, 1957 and approved by the Labor Commissioner July 8, 1957, provided that plaintiff was to receive compensation at the rate of $33 per week payable from and including the 15th day of June, 1957 “until terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Law of the State of New Hampshire.” RSA 281:36.
