This is a claim for workmen’s compensation benefits for a death resulting from a heart attack. The deputy labor commissioner found that the decedent’s employment caused his heart attack and awarded benefits pursuant to RSA 281:22. The New Hampshire Supply Company and its insurance carrier, the Insurance Company of North America, appealed the decision to the superior court. After a trial de novo, the superior court ruled that there was insufficient medical proof to establish that the deceased’s heart attack was caused by his employment.
