The writ of certiorari in this cause brings up for review a resolution of the state board of registration and examination in dentistry revoking prosecutor’s license to practice dentistry in this state.

The complaint charged, but did not set forth the facts upon which the charge was based, that the prosecutor “did during the month of November, 1934, advertise the prices and charges to be made for dental work done by him, as well as advertise the character and durability of said work, in certain newspapers” contrary to subdivision (g) of section (7), chapter 87, Pamph.
