This case presents issues arising out of the defendant’s trial and conviction of the crime of larceny by shoplifting in violation of § 53-63 (b) of the General Statutes.
No error has been assigned in the charge to the jury. It must therefore be assumed that the jury were properly instructed on the applicable principles of law governing the crime of larceny by shoplifting and that the jury followed these principles.
