— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Weiss-man, J.), rendered May 28, 1985, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, robbery in the third degree (two counts), *653and grand larceny in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s contention that the People failed to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt is without merit. Viewing the evidence in a light most favorable to the prosecution (see, People v Contes, 60 NY2d 620), we find that it was legally sufficient to prove the…
