In this matter, the circuit court entered an order implementing a prior judgment, with modification, in favor of plaintiff. Plaintiff now appeals and we reverse.

This case is once again before us, having been the subject of a previous appeal in which this Court reversed an order of the trial court granting defendants’ motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and granting a new trial.
