MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
DUNCAN, District Judge.
This action was brought by plaintiff Teamsters Local Union No. 284 (hereinafter “union”) pursuant to § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 185 and 9 U.S.C. § 9. The plaintiff union seeks enforcement of the arbitration award of Arbitrator Charles P. Chapman, Esq., dated October 18, 1978. The award determined that the five grievants who had engaged in an illegal wildcat strike were entitled to reinstatement without backpay.
