Before the court is defendant Farmers Pride, Inc.’s second summary judgment motion seeking to dismiss plaintiff Milton Abeles, Ine.’s remaining claims for quantum meruit and unfair competition. Defendant contends that it was plaintiffs decision to terminate their distribution agreement that caused the ensuing injuries for which plaintiff now seeks recovery.
