This case originally came before our Circuit Court on a petition for injunction filed by Virginia Imports, Ltd., against Heublein, Inc. On July 8, 1985, the Honorable F. Bruce Bach entered ex parte, a Temporary Injunction Decree against Heublein. On July 15, 1985, Globe Distributing Company requested a similar injunction against Heublein which was granted on July 16, 1985, by this Court.
