Apperson Chemicals, Inc., (Apperson) moves for relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1) or alternatively for modification of the discharge injunction of 11 U.S.C. § 524. Apperson seeks this relief to continue to prosecute a state court action based upon debtor’s breach of an employment contract.
