MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER'
PLUNKETT, District Judge.
This is an appeal from a bankruptcy court order of December 15, 1988, on a motion for summary judgment. The relevant facts are as follows. 1 Service Deco rating Company (“Service Decorating”), the Debtor, filed a petition in bankruptcy on May 20, 1986. The Travelers Insurance Company (“Travelers”) filed an unsecured claim for prepetition premiums due from the Debtor on a November 1985-November 1986 insurance policy.
