Opinion

This suit is one of several brought in this Court to condemn lands in Tarrant and Parker Counties, Texas in connection with the Benbrook Dam and Reservoir Project on the Clear Fork of the Trinity River 1 near the southwest outskirts of Fort Worth, Texas. Only Tract B-108 in this case and one other tract in another suit remain in issue. The owner of each such remaining tract2 is urging the same grounds in contesting the right of the government to condemn a certain portion of his subject tract. By…
