TENNEY, District Judge.
This matter is pending before the Court on plaintiffs’ request for an award of attorneys’ fees under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b) (Supp.1986). Plaintiffs’ counsel, Farm-worker Legal Services of New York, Inc., has submitted extensive time records and affidavits supporting its motion for payment of 1558.20 hours of time valued at $202,971.
