SUMMARY OF PROCEEDINGS

This action was instituted as a diversity action on July 21, 1978, by Francis D. Shelden and L. Bennett Young, as settlor and protector, respectfully, of the Francis D. Sheldon Revocable Inter Vivos Trust, against the Trust Company of the Virgin Islands, Ltd., and its director, Adam Star-child. The action is essentially one seeking relief in the form of an accounting of trust assets by defendants, and liability for breach of trust in the handling of trust assets by defendants.
