The demurrer, in writing, of the defendant, G. A. Nor-wood, for that it appears upon the face of the complaint (1) that there is a defect of parties defendant; (2) that there is a. defect of parties plaintiff, and (3) that several causes of action have been improperly united therein, was properly overruled. The said demurrer cannot be sustained.
The cause of action set out in the complaint, as will appear by reference to the allegations contained therein, is not for the recovery of damages which the several plaintiffs have sustained as individual depositors and creditors of the Snow Hill…
