THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon Davis, Graham and Stubbs’ First Application for Interim Allowance and Payment of Professional Fees and Disbursements for Debtor’s Counsel filed November 20, 1990. Dependable Insurance Co., Inc. and Dependable Warranty Co., Inc. (collectively “Dependable”), as well as the United States Trustee and the Chapter 7 Trustee, objected thereto.
