| Appellant Brandon Wallace appeals his September 21, 2016 convictions by a Pulaski County jury on charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault on a family or household member. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of five years’ imprisonment for kidnapping and three years’ imprisonment for aggravated assault. He was given enhanced, consecutive sentences of one year imprisonment because the jury found that he used a firearm during the commission of the kidnapping and that the aggravated assault occurred in the presence of a child.
