This is an antidumping case. Plaintiffs-Appellants Altx, Inc., DMV Stainless USA, Inc., Salem Tube, Inc., Sandvik Steel Company, and Pennsylvania Extruded Tube Company (collectively, “Altx” or the “domestic producers”) appeal from the final decision of the United States Court of International Trade, Altx, Inc. v.
