MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAM L. STOCKS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This case came before the court on January 6, 2011, for hearing on the objection to the Debtor’s second amended claim for property exemptions filed by the Trustee in this case, John A. Northen. Stephanie Osborne-Rodgers appeared on behalf of the Trustee and James W. Tolin appeared on behalf of the Debtor, Vance W. Agee.
