In a proceeding for a declaratory judgment instituted by plaintiffs, Lewis Spring Company and Irmina Figura, Estelle Zbylut and Estelle Zawislak, on their own behalf and on behalf of 100 home workers employed by the plaintiff company, the circuit court of Cook County held that paragraph G of section 2 of the Industrial Home Work Act, (Ill.
