Following a bench trial in this contract case, the trial court entered judgment in the sum of $8,138,118 plus interest, in favor of the plaintiff-appellee, Ralph S. Major, a distributor for the defendant-appellant, OEC-Diasonics, Inc., an orthopedics equipment manufacturer. Multiple issues were presented by the appellant’s appeal and the appel-lee’s cross appeal.
