Plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the county court of Garfield county of having unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, and her punishment was fixed at 30 days in jail and a fine of $50.
Defendant contends the evidence is insufficient to support the judgment.
The evidence is that officers, with a search warrant, came to the premises occupied by defendant, two of them going to the front door and two to the rear. Entry was forced by breaking an outside door, and, while this was being done, defendant fastened the bathroom door and poured a quantity of liquor…
