J. Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Otsego County (Coccoma, J.), rendered July 13, 1998, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree (two counts), burglary in the first degree, burglary in the second degree (two counts), and petit larceny.
