This is an appeal from the decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County sustaining exceptions to the orders of the Auditing Judge. The petition of the Substituted Trustee for leave to pay the Receiver the sum of $9,214.23 in compromise of all claims against the fund of $25,002.98 was dismissed. The petition of the Receiver for leave to pay the executors of Frank B. Rhodes the sum of $9,214.23 received from the Substituted Trustee was also dismissed. The petition of Y.
